Hi Vlad,
this is an innovative propulsion concept:
1) based on action-reaction, action-at-a-distance,
2) wherein a device similar to a linear AC motor, by means of phase-shifted oscillations,
3) producing a sequenced pattern a little faster than light, mathematically verifiable by (f≥c/L),
4) will probably create a linear thrust force in the outer space in an energy-efficient manner.
I think its physics foundation is feasible.
