Take a look at Paul Murad at DIA who runs the STAIF meeting on Advanced
Propulsion to see what the problem is.

The Black Community listens only to Hal Puthoff on these ideas. Look at
Nick Cook's book.

Indeed, look who published my 43 page paper on the subject. It was an
invited paper BTW.

As you know that paper is from 2003 and I have already gone way beyond
it.

Notice Putin's major shift in weapons recently. Of course the Russians
are well aware of what's been going on. There have been TWO articles in
PRAVDA about it already.
