    New Physics Theory Supports
Posted on Monday, March 24, 2003 @ 23:10:03 GMT by vlad

Science Technophile writes: A Russian physicist, M. Kanarev, by eliminating parts of the standard quantum mechanics model that violate the unity of time-space-matter axiom has developed a new theory of quantum physics.

The new theory appears to support Mills' Hydrino reactions as well as a new form of electrolysis which uses half as much energy to break apart the water molecule as it releases when the molecule is formed. The energy deficit is made up immediately from the ZPE background energy. He shows that the energy required to break the water molecule by mechanical means is half that required to break it by thermal/electric means.

On this basis, he has developed a new process he calls plasma electrolysis. His best experimental results so far show an energy cost of 0.21 kWh of electricity per cubic meter of hydrogen produced. This compares to an energy requirement of 4kWh/m3 in standard electrolysis, and energy production of just under 4kWh from burning a cubic meter of hydrogen.

His plasma electrolysis experimental results also seem to indicate that some of the surplus energy is coming from nuclear reactions at the electrode.

It appears to me that if his physics is correct, this could provide theoretical support for the Genesis claims as well.

Sounds hauntingly familiar. I asked several month ago, why are we separating the H and O by electrolysis before applying it to the fuel cell. Just use mechanical energy to push and/or agitate the water on the anode side of the fuel cell, the hydrogen proton will fall through the PCM, the anode will pick up the electrons creating electricity, the oxygen will rise and everything will be recombined on the other side of the fuel cell. One step. No need for holding tanks. All controlled by the mechanism that creates the mechanical energy.

I could not find the result Technophile finds in the links posted. I did find:
    http://guns.connect.fi/innoplaza/energy/story/Kanarev/coldfusion/index.html

which reports CF powered electrolysis at 1.3 kwh/m3.

Kanarev seems to really suffer from the translation. Most of the people discussing him write in Russian and Finnish(?). Any Finns here who would like to summarize this newsgroup thread for us? I think we are going to have to find someone who can follow these non-English discussions if we are going to understand what's happening here.

The .21kwh/m3 result that Technophile read would be less than 10% of the electrical energy that can be gathered by a fuel cell. So it should be possible to build a self running closed loop system. For all I can tell, a dozen people in Russia and Finnland have already suggested this.

I believe it's Technophile who posts anonymously below agreement that Karamev is reporting 1.28 kwh/m3, not 0.21. Since the most electrical energy that can be captured from H2 is 1.45 kwh/m3, this is a marginal candidate for a demonstration in a self sustaining mode. Still, it's an earth-shattering result, if everything's been measured correctly. I would be happy to follow this thread with the rest of us, double checking other posters arithmetic here and there. (I'll even correct my own.) But if were going to try to read up on the other people who are following Karanev's research to see if they are having any luck replicating the experiment, we are going to need a Russian or Finnish speaker to lead the way.

A question for everyone. The table reports current from .038 to .098 amps (for different runs), with 70 volts applied. That would make the resistance of the water 710-1800 ohms. That seems like a lot of resistance for that much water. I wish I could take a meter to the picture in the write-up. Is there anyone who works with similar experiments who knows what resistance to expect? Could I be misunderstanding completely what the 70 volts and .038-.098 amps are applied to?
