Mr Meno claims that the aether is composed of fundamental finite units he calls gyrons, and the motion and movement of these gyron/aether particles is what creates 'grosser' forms of matter, such as electrons, photons, and the rest, and ultimately manipulation of these gyrons can lead to new forms of science and technology.

No gravitons, no empty curved spaces, no strings in eleven dimensions, no worm holes to other universes are needed to explain gravitation. (There is no valid argument against the existence of aether.
