Einstein was a fraud.   Special and General Relativity are plagiarized works that aren't even remotely correct -- and this has been proven in the laboratory in both his time and modern times. Anyone who spouts relativity nonsense should be put on a blacklist and ignored. Turtur explains that static fields amplify the Casimir force. The Casimir force is very very small, and considering the relative big distance between the rotor and stator surfaces (with Casimir effect in between), the usual Casimir force (of the surfaces without static fields)  should be amplified with an astronomical high factor in order to arrive at Turtur's nano-watt measurment. There is no known experiment other than that of Turtur's rotor, that shows that the Casimir force can be amplified that much with incredibly high amplifcation factor.  Turtur's theoretical explication seems unnatural, even wrong.
