Cold Fusion (LENR) Verified - Inventor Sues Industrial Heat, LLC.

MIAMI, April 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Leonardo Corporation announced today that on March 29, 2016,
Leonardo Corporation received independent third party validation of the
overwhelmingly positive results of a nearly yearlong test of Leonardo's
1MW Energy Catalyzer ("E-Cat"). According to the inventor, Andrea Rossi,
the E-Cat generates a low energy nuclear reaction ("LENR") which
produces excess heat energy at a cost substantially below more
traditional energy sources. According to the independent third party
report, over the 352 day test period, the E-Cat consistently generated
energy at a rate in excess of six (6) times the amount of energy
consumed by the plant, often generating energy exceeding fifty (50)
times the amount of energy consumed during the same period. According to
Andrea Rossi,
Leonardo Corporation considers the results of the third party test to
be "an overwhelming success" and that "the world is one step closer to
the realization of a commercially available new, clean and efficient
energy source."
The independent third party validation test was performed by Dr. Ing. Fabio Penon,
a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering, at the behest of Leonardo Corporation
and one of its licensees, Industrial Heat, LLC. as both desired
independent third party verification of the sustainability of the energy
production of the E-Cat over a prolonged period. "The results of Dr.
Penon's test was consistent with the measurements taken by the
representatives of Leonardo Corporation and Industrial Heat respectively
during the course of the test" said inventor Andrea Rossi.
"Leonardo Corporation is working
diligently with its licensees, corporate partners and material suppliers
to implement a production and distribution plan consistent with the
expected demand for the E-Cat units when they are made commercially
available" stated Rossi.
Notwithstanding, Licensee
Industrial Heat continued involvement in the development and
manufacturing of the E-Cat is uncertain at this time. As stated in a
lawsuit filed by The Silver Law Group, P.A. on behalf of Leonardo
Corporation on April 5, 2016, Leonardo
Corporation believes that Industrial Heat breached the terms of its
license agreement and misappropriated Leonardo Corporation's
intellectual property relating to the E-Cat. Additional information is
available regarding the E-Cat at www.ecat.com. The lawsuit can be viewed at www.pacer.gov, Case No. 16-CV-21199-JLK, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
Leonardo Corporation does not anticipate that there will be any delay
in the commercial release of the E-Cat technology as a result of the
lawsuit.

"We all agree that the LENR process is real. We all agree that significant excess energy can be made when unknown and rarely produced conditions are applied to certain materials. I think we all can agree that the LENR effect can operate in NiH just as it operates in PdD. The basic question is whether Rossi found a way to cause significant energy to be made by LENR using NiH. All of his actions make sense If we assume he was successful.
Put yourself in his shoes. You discover a heat source worth trillions but can not get patent protection for your idea. Your only protection is secrecy. Once the successful recipe is generally known, you have lost any claim to financial reward. The amount of money involved eliminates trust being part of any future business relationship. Consequently, Rossi is forced to play a very dangerous and difficult game involving deception and in some cases lying. This problem would not exist if patent protection were available.
I predict this same problem will affect all efforts to commercialize the LENR effect. A person only has two choices. If he finds a method to make a material nuclear active, he either has to make it know to the public and then gain mainly fame (aka Tesla), or keep it secret while trying to raise money to create a commercial product on your own. Naturally, some exaggeration, fraud, and lying would be involved because people do not like to give money without knowing the secret, which cannot be revealed. I do not excuse or support Rossi, but I do understand his problem. The problem lies squarely in the patent office and the DOE. A no win situation has been created by the skeptics.
I believe Rossi made sure he revealed nothing of value about his process and provided false leads to keep people from finding his method. I believe he had not mastered the method well enough for commercial use and needed money to do this. IH provided some of this money, but without being told the secret method to activate the material. IH does not want to spend 89M$ unless they know the secret, which is reasonable but contrary to Rossi's self-interest. So we will see the mud fly and watch one more father being eaten alive.
Meanwhile, the CO2 in the air keeps rising and the fission reactors keep getting older and more brittle."

(User Info | Send a Message) | Andrea Rossi's derivative of LENR is based on David Hudson's ORMUS procedure. One of the researchers who was allowed to study Hudson's work 30 years ago stumbled upon something that even Hudson wasn't aware of, and leaked that knowledge to other very secretive researchers. Andrea Rossi is a figurehead for whoever figured this shit out, and is being used to push an agenda forward that doesn't make a lot of sense at this time.
Nonetheless, I am making it a mission to expose this liar, and whoever he is taking orders from. I am assuming, at this point, the rabbit hole goes quite deep.

The Yellow Pages website [www.yellowpages.com]for that city contains a listing for JM Products Inc. with a picture of Rossi and the Ecat.
It also lists the address of the location where ecat is being built and tested in Doral, which is a Miami suburb.
The listing also contains a reference to Andrea-Rossi.com. JM Products
Inc. is a for profit-corporation with a principal address of 7861 46TH
