A Public Benefit Corporation, To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science will look to collaborate with global citizens in all efforts to advance science and build a powerful community of interest. The company is raising capital from both accredited and unaccredited investors as an alternative to venture capital.

"The public interest in the outer edges of science and the understanding of phenomena has always been suffocated by mainstream ideology and bureaucratic constraint," says company President and CEO Tom DeLonge. "We believe there are discoveries within our reach that will revolutionize the human experience, but they can only be accomplished through the unrestricted support of breakthrough research and innovation."

Among the Company's planned projects is an Advanced Electromagnetic Vehicle (see rendering HERE), which its Aerospace Division Director (and former Program Director for Advanced Systems at Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works) Steve Justice describes as "a concept for an international point-to-point transportation craft that could dramatically reduce the current travel limits of distance and time.  It mimics the capabilities observed in Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon by employing a drive system that alters the space-time metric.  We have glimpses of how the physics of this works, but we need to harvest technologies from the Science Division to 'realize' the capability."

The Company's Science Division is designed to be a theoretical and experimental laboratory to challenge conventional thinking with the discovery of new world physics and consciousness-related possibilities. The company has access to a global team of research scientists whose projects include the study of Human Ultra-Experience Database, Engineering Space-Time Metrics and Brain-Computer Interface.

AEROSPACE
The Aerospace Division is dedicated to developing next-generation energy and propulsion concepts such as beamed energy and electrogravitics, which could significantly change our means of travel across land, water, air and space.

ENTERTAINMENT

Tom DeLonge is the company's co-founder, President and interim CEO and president of  subsidiary To The Stars Inc. His career spans over two decades, selling more than 25 million records worldwide with the bands he co-founded, Blink 182 and Angels & Airwaves. He's won countless awards for his work in music, books and film.

James Semivan /Vice President Operations
Jim Semivan is the co-founder and VP Operations for TTS Academy. He is a current consultant to the US govt on national security matters and recently retired from the Senior Intelligence Service from the Clandestine Directorate of Operations US Central Intelligence Agency.

Harold Puthoff /Vice President Science and Technology
Dr. Harold E. Puthoff is the co-founder and Vice President of Science and Technology of TTS Academy. He is a current consultant to USG on national security matters and is an experimental physicist with backgrounds in CIA and DIA-funded research programs.

Steve Justice / Aerospace Division Director
Steve Justice is the Director of the TTS Academy Aerospace Division, tasked with leading the effort to examine the possibilities of emerging sciences and technologies. Recently retired from Lockheed Martin's Advanced Development Programs – better known as the Skunk Works – as Program Director for Advanced Systems after a 31-year career developing advanced aircraft that contributed to the security of the United States.

Luis Elizondo / Director of Global Security & Special Programs
Luis Elizondo is a career intelligence office whose experience includes working with the U.S. Army, the Dept of Defense, the National Counterintelligence Executive, and the Director of National Intelligence. He is the former Director of Programs to investigate Unidentified Aerial Threats for the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Chris Mellon / National Security Affairs Advisor
Christopher Mellon is a private equity investor, political commentator and the Chair of the Science Committee at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History. He is a current consultant to the USG on National Security matters and Former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, and Minority Staff Director of the Senate Intelligence Committee.
