Is it too late?

Testimonials From Hal Fox: VERY IMPORTANT!

The new energy devices which tap the zero-point energy can help stablize the ozone layer by replacing the burning of fossil fuels. There are three of these devices that have been invented, tested, and patented (or patents pending).

It is important that this information and demonstrations of such devices be provided to those who are in charge of the "Shield" chemical spraying project (see The Shield)

Please help me to determine the proper agencies to contact. We will be receiving over $50 million in grants and planned future share sales to help commercizlize some of these devices. For example, a simple device has been developed which can be used to tap zero-point energy and charge the batteries in electric automobiles.

Best personal regards, Hal Fox, Ed. J. of New Energy

Hal,

Could you be more vague? You of all people should know what agencies to contact!

How about sharing how you managed to get grants for ZPE technology - most I've seen are related to the DoE...

This guy shouldn't waste his time. However interesting and possible the technology behind "The Shield" is, it is still part of some loony's conspiracy theory. The moment he starts talking to goverment officials and investors about the 'New World Order', he's going to be laughed out of the meeting, if he isn't carried away to the loony bin. He should do every honest, sane and sober FE inventor and researcher a favor by staying out of the whole business. Otherwise he will help push ZPE deeper and deeper into the fringe of failed X Files script writers.

At the risk of annoying some people, might I suggest he should, if genuine, contact Dr Steven Greer & Co. at SEASPOWER.

Do we have a contact for thus guy - I'll gladly give him an introduction. If he can't come up with the goods they will know as soon as anyone. If as claimed he has something, I am sure it will be well treated.

Ta,

Doug

Invented, tested and patented is irrelevant, none so far has passed the ultimate test, calorimetry at the Austin Institute for Advanced Studies. The day that happens the rest of us will pay attention. The pile of patents for ZPE converters is as thick as War and Peace and the only way anyone can get energy out of them would be to build a fire with them.
