PUBLIC NOTICES: Genesis World Energy has never offered or sold equity to the public or to private parties and does not intend to do so. It is GWE's strict policy not to collect license fees until all successful license applicants within each licensing class have been awarded licenses.
The Genesis Team is currently the sole owner of all versions of the Genesis Technology, and the team has no intention of selling all or part of the technologies to unrelated third parties.
To date, the Genesis Team has created 6 significant technologies. The Genesis Team has granted exclusive rights by license to GWE for 5 of the 6 technologies. In addition, GWE has acquired exclusive licensing rights for the 6th technology from the company originally granted the license by the Genesis Team.
If you feel someone has attempted to sell you equity, licenses or ownership in the technologies contrary to the above statements, we request that you Contact Us and provide us with the details so that we may report the individuals responsible for the activities to the authorities.

GWE has received a large volume of requests from consumers, builders, communities and businesses who wish to purchase Edison Devices as soon as they are available on the market. As a result, starting in late-September of 2003, GWE will allow visitors of this web site to sign-up for early notification of when and where Edison Devices are available for sale to the public.

If it is true then I hope GWE sees that those involved are prosecuted to the fullest extent. Im sure they would just to give an example to future fraudsters.

(User Info | Send a Message) http://freehydrogen.blogspot.com | GWE says on the website that they own the technology, and Patrick Kelly tells his UFCT investors that UFCT is the true owner and GWE their front company to protect their secrecy. If GWE wanted to set the UFCT investors straight, they would deny Kelly's story directly and by name saying "We are not owned by UFCT; we license no technology from UFCT or General Systems Companies; Patrick Kelly was not the primary inventor of the Edison Device."
I first asked them to do this in December. Since then I tried to get anyone else who is covering the story to ask Guy-Rome the same question. They've not done it, and what have they done instead, asked all the leaky investors to turn themselves in to them. Baloney. If you are an investor who has bought UFCT stock, don't report it to GWE but rather report it to the authorities directly. The authorities responsible for stock fraud are (in order of likelihood to respond)
1 - The AG and department of securities for New Jersey, as that's the state where the investment was solicited.
2 - The same folks in your home state.
3 - The Feds (SEC and FBI).
4 - The Delaware authorities since that's where UFCT is registered. Delaware is kind of a fraud haven, but you can try.
Make sure to include both the names "Genesis World Energy" and "United Fuel Cell Technologies" prominently in your complaints so they all end up at the same investigators' desks.
Anyone interested in covering this story as a reporter or educator should contact Guy-Rome and ask them why they don't address Kelly and UFCT directly by name. Try 208-345-4143 and 208-602-0325. |

Another change was made, the announcement they said they were planning for August, they now plan for September. Great. I'm sure if they ever make such an announcement, an anonymous contributer pretending to be illiterate will let this site know right away.
The "public notice" is a piece of work itself, introducing the notion of the 6 technologies, and the company that licensed one of the technologies to them. The statement is written so that the core audience, the UFCT investors, will feel that their investment is acknowledged. |

Hi chipotle pickle
Breaking their silence of the past three months, Genesis World Energy
has posted a new link on their site to allow would-be customers to
pre-order an Edison Device. Customers are asked to provide simple
contact information and electrical & gas consumption norms for their
applications.
The page and the form really provide little more information or
evidence other than that someone is still alive over at GWE. It
strikes us as bit of a fishing expedition. The GWE web site is little
more than a side note on anyone's radar so it seems quite unlikely
that this form will generate many leads. Particularly since the new
page has been unheralded by any form of major product release
announcement.
The newsroom has also been updated to indicate that the major
technology announcement that was due in August will be made in late
September.
It's comforting to see some news from GWE given the long silence
during a period of the year in which much was expected regarding their
imminent launch and marketization of the Edison Devices. Their
estimations of 1,000,000 units per day by the year 2004 are now
seeming even more incredibly optimistic given that there is still no
release date for the first commercial product nor any sign of the
"partners" and "manufacturers" needed to help realize this goal.
Never-the-less, we remain cautiously optimistic and will keep you
posted of any other significant changes to the GWE story.
