GWE misses first deadline on website
Posted on Thursday, March 11, 2004 @ 20:26:53 EST by vlad

Manufacturers chipotle_pickle writes: GWE has been pretty careful about not setting up tight deadlines for itself, however, it did set up a few, the first of which, the award announcement date for the 2003 research grants has just passed quietly without any announcement.

The second, the 2004 Angel scholarship announcement date is coming up at the end of the month.

They missed an earlier date they promised in 2003-February, when they had promised several reporters that they would show them the Eagle house that's supposedly been running an Edison since 2002. It would have been pretty uncomfortable to explain why the house still got an electric bill, so that had to be canceled.

The investors might think it's just as well that the give-aways are not happening, since there is no profit (or even revenue) to give away, only investor capital. The point is that GWE was trying last year to create the impression that they had a business back then, and the announcements for the never to be awarded give-aways was part of that. Remember Anthony Marchetti who had cleared his posts with Kelly saying that the company was in a position, but for tax reasons, to pay a dividend in 2003. A startup doesn't pay a dividend out of investor capital while there is no income stream. Anthony was trying to create the impression that there was revenue in 2003.

GWE's web page also tries to create the impression of a business that started in 2003, that's already signed up licensees and started building components for them. They wrote this October 6th!
During the 2003 licensing period, applicants from over 140 nations were selected for award of Edison Technology licenses. In addition, nearly every major vehicle manufacturer in the world requested a license for the HICEF Technology. Since the 2003 announcement, license requests for iGAS have been brisk.

On August 19, 2003, GWE began the production of Edison Technology components, which will support the delivery of Edison Devices to consumers and businesses in 2004.

Investors who read that statement back in October got a completely false idea that this company had licensees and production. But licensees here know that there are not any licensees and that they are not buying any components.

License candidates really ought to end the conspiracy of silence that helps to keep the investors in the dark. Investors, just ask for any confirmation at all. Ask for an audited balance statement. Ask for souvenir copies of "tested by" stickers they ought to have if they have been in production since August. Ask them to get their licensed REALTOR to swear out a statement that he's rented so many SQFT of light industrial space for them. Ask for the electric bill for the Eagle house. Ask for the name of a single officer who will say that he met Patrick back in the day he was working directly with the joint chiefs. Just scratch the surface with them, and you find there is just *nothing*.

    Hey Chip,

I gotta correct you on one of your statements, the part where you state "GWE's web page also tries to create the impression of a business that started in 2003" I assume you came to this conclusion based on the wording "Since the 2003 announcement" the announcement they are referring to is the announcement of the HICEF technology which was made in April, 2003 I believe. Thats just how I interpreted GWE's statement. But when I look at the statements from GWE..I think they suffer from extremely optimistic tunnel vision. I think all these commitments and promises were made prematurely with the expectation of everything falling into place when they planned it to and not hitting any bumps in the road. And when those deadlines approach, its GWE's integrity and competency that will be questioned.

You should change your ncikname Chicky P to pseudo PHD, your minor in college, you wrote me on the member site here.. Your philosophy prof must be red faced as you continue to justify reasoning from a conclusion to the facts. I quit reading any of your posts for a long time but it has been a tough day and I needed some light humor. You are never light just SICK! Marchattie NEVER said he checked his posts wth Kelly. Your illogical conclusions alone justify your connection between Kelly and Nejhala Shaw, CEO and Founder of GWE.

AEC has managed to silence GWE

Alternate Energy Files 10-KSB Report for Fiscal Year 2003; Company Provides Details of 'Go to Market' Strategy for 2004

Wednesday March 17, 8:30 am ET

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 17, 2004--Alternate Energy Corporation ("AEC")(OTCBB: ARGY - News) today reported that it had filed its 10-KSB with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The report contains details of its market analysis and business plan.

AEC reported a loss for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2003 of $3,699,119. The Company had no revenue. The Company's expenses included $76,973 in administrative expenses, $2,857,703 in consulting fees, $240,000 in management fees, $29,443 in professional fees, $697,000 in stock option benefits. The 10-KSB filing outlines AEC's market analysis and phased market penetration, with the first phase including Commercial Back-Up Power and Green Energy (Residential and Commercial).

Several key milestones were met over the course of last year. In late September, AEC purchased the rights to its hydrogen production technology for the global fuel cell industry. With 99.95% purity achieved in testing with Maxxam Analytics, AEC, through its joint venture relationship with Astris Energi successfully powered Astris' golf cart fuel cell with its affordable hydrogen maker. In December and continuing into January, AEC completed a total of $3.28 million in funding. AEC intends to use the proceeds to complete certification, finalize development of Alpha products and execute the Company's "go to market" strategy. In early November, AEC expanded its senior management team and hired Velocity Product Solutions to manage its head office. Early in 2004, it selected GT Designs to open and manage its Tennessee-based Product Development Center, which is expected to open in June, 2004.

"We are pleased to provide to our shareholders details of our product deployment strategy which is now well underway," said Blaine Froats, Chairman. "We have invested heavily in our technology in the last several months and believe we have built the foundation for deploying our small scale and non-fossil fuel hydrogen generation system."

Additional information and a link to the SEC 10-KSB filing is also available on the company's website at www.cleanwatts.com.

I would be surprised if they have an accountant. They don't have any income or a lot of expenses, and they don't report. The agent for "GWE Technologies" is Capital Corporate Services. The DE file number for GWET is 3707379.

Does anyone know if they have a lawyer?
