Overtone writes: As the Chairman & CEO of Magnetic Power Inc., a number
of individuals have written to me asking how they can help accelerate our
progress toward Demonstration Devices, and Magnetic Power Modules™, that can
power homes and cars. My 2005 end of
the year letter, mentioned that the firm suffers under a scarcity of working
capital. Very large, financial transactions are likely to end the problem, but they may take a bit longer to close than we had anticipated.
In the meantime, we
could sure use some immediate help. Accredited Angel investors (individuals with
a net worth of $1 million or more, etc.) are welcome to consider modest, unsecured,
loans to the Company. These can carry
Options allowing the purchase of
stock, up to the amount of the loan, at the current price, for three years.
To learn more about the Company, please see our
website: www.magneticpowerinc.com
We believe the moment is long overdue for a profound energy
revolution. Feel free to contact me if
you are a potential investor, and would like to have additional information.
If, back in 1876, more encouragement was given to Wesley
Gary, a Pennsylvania inventor, oil
might have remained a lubricant. Instead
of burning fossil fuel, the world’s vehicles and
power plants would probably run on inexpensive, renewable, magnetic power. An article describing Gary’s Magnetic Motor
appeared in an 1879 issue of Harper’s Magazine (see
the link in the Chronology on our website). Gary’s pioneering work could have triggered the development of
powerful magnets – cars, ships and aircraft might all be
powered by magnetic engines today had that happened. Decentralized small power plants would have
sprouted in individual homes, offices and factories. Such strong magnets now exist. Magnetic motors, and solid-state magnetic
generators, are under development in several private laboratories, around the world.
Hans Coler, a German inventor, supported during World War II
by Hitler's Navy, demonstrated a 6 kW solid-state, self-powered magnetic
generator in 1937. A British Intelligence Report originally
written in 1946, indicates the work was
genuine. The Report was declassified in 1979 and is readily available on the
internet (see the link in the Chronology on our
website).
An
electrical engineer with decades of experience in magnetic design, has been
working with MPI in the UK. He has recently completed a Paper that
discusses Coler. This document explains
how Coler’s earliest machine,
demonstrated in the 1920's, functioned.
It should interest any open minded scientist or engineer, and is
available upon request. The world is suffering from an ignorance crisis -- a
crisis resulting from scientific dogma.
Manufacturing plants anywhere can readily produce magnetic devices under license.
These will run our vehicles, and provide all of the power we need for
universal abundance.
Magnetic generators produce no pollution or heat. The huge quantities of heat, released by our
many sources of energy, now threaten human survival. Rapidly melting arctic
permafrost, will release
life smothering quantities of Methane, a greenhouse gas 20 times more potent than carbon
dioxide. According to one well informed
individual, worst case, in 15-25 years all human and mammalian life in the
arctic could start to be snuffed by
Methane “burps which will start a world altering chain
reaction no one can stop.” See
the Baltimore Sun OpEd "Ticking Time Bomb" article by John Atcheson, December 15th, 2004, for a geologists view of
this potential threat to all human life on the planet. Twice before in the history of the planet,
life was almost eliminated by Methane.
The need is for modest assistance.
The time is now. Please lend this
urgent work a hand while it still needs the help.

do you have problems to get ready for production of the Magnetic Power OU device? You might consider selling demo-devices (for instance) in the meantime, in order to generate capital. Or is the Magnetic Power device not ready yet (not yet a working prototype)?

The list of OU entrepreneurs is growing:
- Bearden and MEG - Marks and Marks generator - Perendev - Goldes and Magnetic Power inc - Tilley and Tilley generator/re-charger - Searl and SEG - Dennis Lee and several products
etc etc
All entrepreneurs want investors and say the future is theirs, without exception. Now, who are we going to give money? Who is speaking the truth? Who is on the payroll of the "central disinformation agency", and who isn't? One can even fake government harassment such that the harassed inventor appears genuine in the eyes of the internet public.
Let me give you an example of a fake project: the Tokamak fusion reactor (this is a Russian invention, and the Russians know this concept CANNOT function). The Tokamak is a desinformation project that has costs us billions. Who is next?
You claimed earlier via zpenergy.com that Magnetic Power inc was very close to producing OU products. But it all depends on how fast you find investors (like all the others mentioned). This is not unreasonable, but let us know when you are ready to show a real product that can be tested and used by everyone.

In late November only about 6 weeks ago I asked you, among other questions,
"1. MPI: Your timetable seems to have again slipped 6 months, in that you no longer believe it possible in 2005 to demonstrate a working laboratory prototype. How come?"
And you replied,
"A working laboratory prototype of an OverUnity device will be demonstrated before the end of the year. It would have been done a few weeks ago, had hurricane Wilma not slammed into Florida."
Note you said "will" and not "might."
Now you are saying you'll "have a pre-manufacturing prototype of a desktop Demonstration Device by the end of June [2006]."
Oh get real and be straight with people for once in your career! No detailed explanation is given of the need for extensive delay--and your total ingnorance of it just a few weeks ago. You owe your readership more of an explanation, but all you do is repeated ask for more money while making blue-sky projections that have never proven truthful to date.
In other words after just 6 weeks you are saying that, oops!, it'll take 6 *months* longer than you thought! I must ask you, are you a liar, or are you merely completely incompetant as a CEO? What utter gall to keep this internet-based sales pitch going!
Investing in MPI would appear to be akin to participating in the greater-fool game.
Personally I vote for delisting you from this site, in the public interest, until such time as you can demonstrate a prototype to a qualified 3rd-party investigator. I further urge you to resign your active duties in your firm and put someone else at the helm with pertainent experience and proven record of (at least the most basic) corporate management ability.
You are giving the ZPE and alternative energy community a bad name via the manner of your present behavior. I urge the community as a whole to police people like this more effectively, if it is to establish any credibility.

solid-state machines are under development. However, both types
appear to tap Virtual Photon Flux.
Rotary self-powered machines date back to 1874, and the work of Wesley
Gary in Pennsylvania. See the Chronology on our website:
www.magneticpowerinc.com for a link to the 1879 article in Harper's

Solid-state generators that tap Virtual Photon Flux began with the work
of Hans Coler in Germany, who demonstrated a working device during the

One of our team of engineers has been investigating the Coler
generators. He recently completed a paper explaining how it
functioned. His insights connect with recent findings that are
accepted by scientists. The Chronology on our website has a link
to the report by British Intelligence, following World War II, that
