Solid Proof of Biological Transmutation?

nanotech writes: For many years now many of us interested in overunity/free energy technology have been interested in the body of phenomena known as "Biological Transmutations", a form of low-energy input reactions carried out by biological systems/cells/bacteria/enzymes, that transform one atom type into another.
It appears that we now have another solid proof of this occuring:
http://www.drjoechampion.com/goldathome.htm
Dr Champion and others have replicated the production of gold from
silver, and you can do it at home with pure silver (do not use
sterling, use 99.9 etc), water (even tap water) and yeast.
I have to confess, at first I thought "Should I post this here and help spread the word, when perhaps I can do this and make gold at home and get rich?" No. That goes against the grain of my beliefs: I believe we each have a responsibily to share as much knowledge regarding "emancipation technologies" and science with each other as possible.
I also credit Tesla Tech for helping to get this information out.
If this is indeed for real, perhaps it will lead to a massive decrease in the value of gold as far as being a rare metal goes. Let's stick it to the big corporate mineral moguls!
Dr Champion is clear to add this: "Every one can change silver
to gold in the home safely. However, Nowhere there is a caveat. How
much gold will produce. This is something that I can not tell you, for
it depends on how the construction of your gold machine."
Even so, even IF it is a small amount, so be it: It still proves biological transmutation.

I wonder if this reaction, if it is indeed real, can be tailored to transmute other elements, and/or scaled up to macroscopic levels.
Tesla said something interesting in one of his many writings, in his "On Increasing Human Energy" paper, he mentions the future possibility of "Electrolytic Iron Manufacturing", using closer to room temperature processes to extract and assemble iron metal instead of the energy-intensive, dirty, and wasteful blast furnace and mining methods. That comes close to the idea of nanotechnology in a sense.

Re: ... Transmutation and Other Materials Production (Score: 1) by modernsteam on Saturday, November 17, 2007 @ 07:35:48 UTC (User Info | Send a Message) | This is very intriguing, to say the least! Imagine, after we get the
first "Free Energy" devices into useful production - buildings,
manufacturing, transport, desalination and water pumping etc. - that we
could next use cash flow from that to develop all smelting functions
and other currently-high-endothermic materials manufacturing (like
photovoltaic silicon) into straight electrolysis - no endothermy
entered by the "operator" at all - except for molten electrolytes!
We've had it for decades with the final phase of copper production, and
now titanium and other metals production will have it through the
Cambridge University GCC process. The latter does, however, involve a
molten salt electrolyte, but no furiously high temperature as in
steel-making, and aluminum and nickel processing.

There was considerable discussion on the "Vortex" discussion group about him in the late 90's and some recent messages about him since his release from prison.
