I have read this a long time ago, and it does not reveal a new principle of engineering, and it does not provide deeper knowledge about Tesla's oscillator circuits. Barrett does not define or explain  the susceptibility tensor,  and Z0,  see equation 20A.   Before this equation it is all standard theory. Equatin 26,   the quaternionic impedance of the OSC,   Barrett  does not define Z1 nor Z2,  so this equation is totally meaningless also. Barrett does not explain why he uses a quaternionic expression all of a sudden for impedance,  while he does not introduce a quaternionic version of all the other physical qualities. Barrett uses the word adiabatic,  but this cannot have meaning with respect to electrical oscillators.  Adiabatic heating or cooling of a gas results from pressure change. Work [en.wikipedia.org] is done on or by the gas, but there is no heat transfer [en.wikipedia.org] with the environment. The paper is sheer nonsense,  nanotech. This is why I think Tom Bearden is not a expert at all. You cannot see the difference between real papers and theories, like my own theory,  and fake papers/theories/devices,  but you are not the only one, nanotech.  It is a common problem. | Parent
