May he make billions. If it does contain enough information to replicate the device, and if the various governments of the world do not decide to make it unavailable, the world has a chance to move forward significantly. But govenments have found reasons in the past to bar the public they serve from such information. The more advanced gadgets need the same public availability. I am reminded of some comments I heard following the fall of Socialism in Russia, that it was the availability of information via fax and internet that helped speed up the process. If true, then full access to the public to working plans will bring about the energy revolution. So far that's not happened. When someone who has a workable COP>1 device loves the environment and his fellow man more than money, and puts it out here free, it might get done. The hinge on the door of availability is rusted with the door closed. A workable, replicable device is the only lubricant that will free it. | Parent
