Our firm has attracted more than 100 Angel investors to date. Only a few more are needed to achieve definitive Proof-of-Concept. Once that has been validated by an independent laboratory, production of 1 kW generators, as well as Demonstration Devices will begin. A Strategic Partner has already committed to a $5 million investment at that point. The key individual in that firm has invested substantial funds as an Angel. When anyone interested can purchase a Magnetic Power Module, or a Demonstration Device, private investors are likely to want to provide more money than we are likely to need. Angels must meet the Accreditation requirement -- in most cases this simply means a net worth of $1 million or more. These are early stage investors, who can accept the many risks involved. Most high technology firms in the U.S. are initially funded by Angels. The process is presently extremely slow, primarily because this new science is not yet widely accepted. Demonstration Devices will rapidly change the picture. Toys can teach young people new science. They in turn can be expected to confront skeptics with working devices, made largely of transparent plastic to eliminate the possibility of hidden batteries. Manufacturers across the planet will be happy to make these products. Once that begins to happen, MPI will consider an Initial Public Offering. That in turn might provide an attractive exit for Angel investors. Google provides an excellent model for the entire process. Energy is the backbone of the world economy. Once Magnetic Power Modules become well proven technology, and mass production has begun, there is likely to be little problem attracting a legion of private investors. | Parent
