    See, that's you're problem right there. You're following the rules, and sticking to old dogma. While I agree that safety protocols need to be researched and installed into such a device, again, money is NOT required to do such a thing.

    The world is changing - pretty soon, there isn't going to be ANY governments, money systems, or any form of religion on this planet. With this in mind, I would be using your device to help accelerate that inevitable future.

    Take some time out of your research, and read a few of these books:

    -The Biggest Secret by David Icke (HIGHLY Recommended)
    -The 12th Planet by Zecharia Sitchin

    Those two books, in particular, can be downloaded for free off any torrent site.

    As you can see by watching and reading this material, the conspiracy is so huge and so monstrous, that unless you were born into these bloodlines, or have sold your soul to them, there's NO CHANCE of success in this world.

    This is why it is so important that inventors, such as yourself, need to go the route that 'Joe' did, when he released his schematics for a working Joe Cell to the world for free. If we get enough people doing that, the flow of information would be virtually unstoppable, and no one would be able to contain or suppress it.

    As long as these Illuminati bloodlines remain in control of the world's infrastucture, your dreams and desires will never become a reality. This is why I am emphasizing why you need to change your perception. You also need to remember that everyone is out for themselves, and will eventually betray you in one way or another - and this is due to capitalism, religion, democracy, and all that other manmade garbage that will get us absolutely nowhere.
