The OU test that Mike could do is the following:

Before spinning the rotor, just charge the capacitor to 6 volts (the voltage of the capacitor during normal operation).
Run the motor on the capacitor (the capacitor delivers the power to the motor) while the capacitor is not recharging (disconnect the third 're-charge coil + rectifyer from the capacitor).
Register how long the motor runs,  say "X" seconds.
I assume X will be under 60 seconds, estimating the energy of the 6 volt charged capacitor of several microFarad, and the power consumption of the motor.

Then re-attach the recharge coil+rectifyer to the capacitor, and register how long the motor can run in the usual configuration.  If a run-time can be registered longer than X seconds,  then the circuit proves overunity operation beyond a shadow of doubt.

Mike's circuit is very worthwhile replicating, since it is very easy to prove overunity by means of this circuit. Bedini's circuit with primary and secondary batteries is difficult for proving overunity, and Bedini never published exact test results about the energy content of all batteries combined during test-runs.

Again, Mike should communicate all circuit details, such as number of coil windings, etc....
