I completely agree on that, and whats more, there should be a website that lists all known individuals and organizations that have been singled out as fraudsters in the alternative energy field to serve as an example to others who might be tempted to make a quick ans slick buck.

Re: "this applies to Mark Goldes and MPI, too, since that particular joke of a company has yet to provide any proof at all"

Well, as a very, very small investor in MPI - US$5,000 - what can I say, Kadamose .. I just hope for the best, and that any further information from MPI indicates solely technological progress on their devices, and hopefully, news about positive test results from legitimate third-party evaluators. I agree with Mark Goldes, though, that MPI lacks funds to make their generators self-running in short order. The experts who could do that demand proper payment for their services, and rather sophisticated, but very expensive, lab equipment is also needed for that. I can see millions of US$ easily spent for essential salaries and said equipment.

MPI made it clear to us investors from the outset, before we wrote our checks/cheques, that we'd have to be prepared to lose our entire investment. Thus this technology is so outrageously new (but very true, I'm certain), that angel investors and venture capitalists must accept that they could lose everything they invest, due to unforeseen problems in development. It's not like ordinary high-tech, where the results are easy to observe, even at the lab level. I've learned lately that F-E performance is hard to prove as over-unity, since devices can operate as self-runners for awhile, and then slow to a stop. Also, energy input has often been under-measured, due to such unobserved "back" effects as an opposing magnetic field (Lenz effect), giving false readings on meters. Energy still wants "wants" to be conserved (First Law of Thermodynamics), and sharply pulsing electrons or photon-based potential out of the vacuum, or Dirac Sea, to work for us for free, is, in the development stage, often met with a reluctance - pun intended - or resistance - also pun intended - by Newton's Third Law of oppositional Reaction. So, as did Faraday, maths must be devised mostly through empirical methods (high-priced technical labour), to do this pulsing in just the right way. F-E is so new, that with some designs, there're not enough maths to handle it - as Bearden has said, it's "highly non-linear", in "street English", "all over the place, a mess, like spaghetti") making it seem unpredictable and chaotic. But ultimately, consistent self-operation can be achieved, when sufficient practical theory and maths are derived from empirical experiment. Without millions of "bucks" for salaries and wages, that work is slowed to a crawl, since one has insufficient personnel to do the "grunt" work.

When apparent success is attained, the devices must operate for months under self-running high-current load, to give strong evidence that they function as claimed. That's more easily said than done, especially when none of them have yet functioned as self-runners, and money is difficult raise to do it.

You guys man I swear smack a man when he's down and still try and smack him while going up...

Read you're history solid state magnetic generators have been around have been displayed and been deemed false or witchcraft for some odd reason no one seems to belive even when shown a working product...

The silence sometimes speaks loud can we all not see we have been decieved for years because everyone was consumed by the laws of physics and thermodynamics being 100% factual in every case yet there is a theory which proves nothing can be 100% certain hrmmmm....

Give them the benifit of the doubt they will fall on there face if what they are saying is rubbish and most likely be sued and jailed procecuted by the many companies who are investing in there false or misinformation.

That to me is a ballsy move for any company.

Anyhow just one opinon for one opinonated mofo.

Some say opinons are like ...... everyone has one and everyone elses stinks.
