The first line of their news release leaves out the word "BEING" ignored... Correction done. I read the Nexus article on GWE and it is nothing new; basically it is an extract from GWE site with no comments from the editor. To answer your last paragraph, here is the "Final Steps" chapter from the GWE site: "1. Potential licensees will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. 2. " History tells that emperor Julius Caesar, when he was about to cross the river Rubicon with his army on route towards Rome, said "Alea Iacta Est" (Latin) which in English means: "The dices are thrown".
