There are a few good and open minded new-energy news-letters dealing, among others, with ZPE issues, to which I would recommend subscribing. One of them is the New Energy Report from the Alternative Energy Institute (see Hot Links section for a link to AEI site). In the last number (#75) they report about Magnetic Resonance Energy and the devices developed by the TransWorld Energy company (href=http://altenergy-pro.com/>http://altenergy-pro.com/) and about the Electrodynamic Field Generator described in the book StarDrive Engineering by Mark. R. Tomion (href=http://www.stardrivedevice.com/>http://www.stardrivedevice.com/).
