Must have pdfs for ZPE research

Today in the energy2000inventions group at yahoo the following pdf files have been upload. After giving them a quick read I find they consolidate a large precentage of our knowlege on ZPE and OU research. The first file is a paper on creating a lab to begin experiments on ZPE technology for reasearch an advancment. Some of the topics covered are;
‘Bedini’ pulse-motor
Rotoverter (RV) principle, Rotoconversion, RV effect
Radiant Energy (RE) proof in RLC
EASER (charge pump)
MEG, MEMA, easyMEG (Easer principle)
RV, resonance, OU and LOOPING
Transverter (Trafo Converter)
COLD fusion, sonofusion
Ecklin-Brown generator
The second is a paper on radiant energy and over unity that appears to be well thought out.
