This is an excellent article by Dr. Peter Lindemann (Clear Tech, Inc.), published in the latest issue of NEXUS magazine (Vol.8, No.4). Jerry Decker’s (KeelyNet) “Something from Nothing Revisited” also appeared in the same number (see our earlier ZPE 101 posting for a link to it).
Aside from giving a brief “current state of technology” report, Dr. Lindemann tries to explain the crucial question: “if this is real, why we don’t have such a technology already on the market?” I have to agree with his statement that “our willingness to remain ignorant and action-less in the face of this situation has always been interpreted 205 as ‘implied consent’.”
