!! New Free Energy Invention will be shown publically !!
(Could be something simular to the Newman-, Lutec- and Bedini-Technology, where they keep the batteries charged due to the special
"Spike-current-Charging", that occurs shortly after some energy was drawn from the batteries.)

Subject: Important Announcement
=======================

There will be a demonstration of a DeLorean car powered by an electric motor and twelve 12 volt standard car batteries. The battery bank is kept in a charged condition by the "on board" charger which is the device invented by Carl B. Tilley.

The DeLorean will be driving around the race track all day on Saturday September 7, 2002, at the Nashville Superspeedway. Racing legend Bobby Allison is one of the guest drivers for this demonstration. The demonstration is free and open to the public.

For information on how to arrange interviews with the inventor Carl Tilley you can contact either Mr. Tilley at 615 443 5315 or Douglas Littlefield at 802 238 3149.

My good friend Bruce Meland publishes the electric car trade journal Electrifying Times.

I, Gary Vesperman, found this site with skeptical comments -
http://www.mail-archive.com/ev@l.../msg00413.html

Essentially their claim is that after many hundreds of miles driving around the test track, at the end of the day, the batteries will still be FULLY CHARGED.

From the forum:
Here's my email to Carl....
Carl,
Is your web page an April fools day joke? It's only August.", "If there is any merit to your vehicle why don't you post some information regarding the device that is keeping the batteries charged.

Here's their response...
Good Day:

Carl Tilley forwarded me your message as I tend to handle the communications.
Sir, this is far from a joke and we will publicly demonstrate the reality of this on Saturday, September 7th at the Nashville Superspeedway as indicated on our website.....we'd be more than glad to have you there to witness the distance and speed validation testing.
As for publishing specifics on the internet, now really .... what purpose would that serve other than to give away what Carl has spent some 17 years perfecting ? Can you cite an instance where any corporation discloses their newest technologies in such a manner ... I think not.
Look at the Segway .... there was speculation over what it would be for a few years, should Dean Kamen have published his technology openly ? Carl's situation is no different.
I realize there are many of you out there that are willing to dismiss this "potential" out of hand, after all I too would agree that there have been any number of "claims" made about less-than-true devices for a good many years. The problem is all those false stories have hindered the
ability of people to remain open minded.

I can assure you, with the time and money invested and an open invitation to witness the events at the Superspeedway we believe in what we are doing. Either that or we are the most foolish people you've ever come across.....and I can assure you that is NOT the case.
Sincerely,

Douglas C. Littlefield

About the other invention that powers their workshop lab:

Invention May Bend Rules Of Physics; is it possible? Could someone with no practical scientific training make a machine that solves the energy crisis? Skeptics would say no, but NewsChannel 5's Nick Beres spoke with two men who say they've developed a new engine that defies the law of physics.", "Carl Tilley and Robert Kibbey say they've developed a new power source.
"We are generating more electricity than we're using," Kibbey said about their invention. Skeptics will tell you that's impossible, but Tilley and Kibbey said the engine uses no gas, propane, diesel, wind or solar energy, and can generate 30-thousand watts of electricity an hour.
"We're bending the laws of physics. We're just more efficient recycling energy that disappears into the air," Kibbey said.
NewsChannel 5 invited Rellon Maxwell, an electrical engineer, to join us for the demonstration of the invention.
Batteries kick start the engine. They send out 16 amps. The engine then powers two television sets plus a big generator. The engine sends 20 amps back to the batteries.
It should be less power--not more. Maxwell said he's never seen anything like it in his 40 years in the business.
Tilley and Kibbey are not trained scientists. They said that helped them think outside the box.
"Edison, Einstein didn't finish high school and Goodyear got vulcanized rubber by burning it," Kibbey said. They've kept their invention a secret until now.
Other scientists will certainly want to see the engine.
Tilley and Kibbey welcome the scrutiny.
They say their invention works and has the power to change the world.
Tilley and Kibbey said their invention can power a house, or even a car without an external source of energy.
Both men said more testing is needed.
But, if what they says is true, the engine would save consumers thousands and thousands of dollars.
The Tennessee Valley Authority has already inquired about the invention.
