I am humbled and most grateful for the opportunity to present you with an "exclusive" four part interview with one of the most leading research scientists in "skunk works" technology. This is one of those occasions, when for whatever reason, I was chosen to be the presenter of what is about to be revealed publicly for the first time ever. Quite honestly, it is a bit frightening. It is events like what you are about to read which puts me on every SyOPs (security operating procedures) radar screen in the world.

But I can't help myself.literally. I am sitting here typing as if I am not attached to my fingers. It is either Divine Intervention, or remote mind control. How's that for woo-woo. But seriously folks, this a bit unsettling, but somehow I know it is my journey to continue.

Why Dr. Löbert chose me for this project is still not clear.

He tells me it because of my stand-alone research with the Sun. I vacillate between this being the greatest honor I have ever experienced in my entire life as a result of my in-depth research for "Solar Rain", to thinking I may be the biggest ego driven fool since Bubba Bush. Whichever way this goes, I am compelled to see it through. If you could see me right now, you would see me shaking my head from side to side thinking "why would a person of Dr. Löbert's caliber choose me to disclose what could be acknowledged as the "next generation of gravitational, quantum, and magnetic physics".

Daimler-Benz Aerospace (DASA) has revealed details of a previously top-secret Stealth aircraft research program conducted in Germany during the 1980s. The program, known as Lampyridae (Firefly), or Medium Range Missile Fighter (MRMF) , was run from 1981 to 1987 by what was then Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm (MBB), under a contract from the German air force.

The work led to the eventual development of a three-quarter scale piloted wind-tunnel model of a multi-faceted Stealth fighter. Former project leader Dr Gerhard Löbert claims that the design "very probably" had better radar characteristics than the Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk, despite the F-117 having more than twice the number of radar-scattering facets.

We all have our views, notions, and questions on the Sun-Earth connection. Today I will give Dr. Gerhard Loebert the opportunity to present his work on the subject. Loebert is a retired German physicist who worked at the forward edge of aeronautical research for 36 years and is a recipient of the Needle of Honor of German Aeronautics.

Based on a new theory of gravitation that he has developed and a large number of geophysical and astrophysical observations, Loebert is convinced that the Sun and the Earth are subjected to a continuous stream of small-amplitude quantum mechanical waves (generated at the center of the Galaxy) that produce a large number of correlated quasi periodic and aperiodic physical phenomena on these celestial bodies. These readily detectable galactic waves also trigger a large number of earthquakes.

Loebert's report will be given in 4 consecutive issues of the ECTV newsletter. The four chapters of his report are:

Part I - A New and Powerful Theory of Gravitation

The General Theory of Relativity (GR) of Albert Einstein has , in spite of its large success in explaining the post-Newtonian Einstein effects, two insurmountable deficiencies. First of all, this purely geometric theory of gravitation is totally incompatible with quantum mechanics.

The second deficiency is an absolute killer. Definite proof of the fallacy of GR is provided by the Casimir experiment, in which a vacuum energy density of 0.03 Joules per cubic meter has been measured. With this energy density, which is more than 8 orders of magnitude higher than the mean density of the rest energy of the visible matter content of the universe, GR gives a universe age that is three orders of magnitude smaller than the age of the Earth! The measured vacuum energy density is higher than the maximum value of 4 eV per cubic mm allowed by GR by a factor of 50 000 000! As a logical consequence, GR must be discarded and replaced by a theory of gravitation that is in line with modern particle interaction theory and is in good agreement with experiment.

The author has developed such a new theory. This theory, which is based on quantum mechanics and on two plausible post-university-teaching assumptions, not only covers the well-known Einstein effects but also points out a number of post-Einstein-ef fects that show up in recent geo- and astrophysical observations.

The first assumption is founded on the fact that in the documented particle accelerator experiments all particles have displayed a dynamic behavior identical to that of equal-energy electromagnetic radiation enclosed in a vessel with perfectly reflecting walls. Hence, not only photons but all elementary particles must - with high probability - be of an electromagnetic nature. They can be represented by non-radiating oscillating multi-pole fields carrying energy and angular momentum suitably combined with electrostatic fields. This paradigm reduces Einstein's Special Theory of Relativity to an afternoon exercise for any physics student, and makes that exotic theory understandable for everybody.

Every force field requires a carrier, either in the form of a substrate or a mediating particle. Generations of electro-dynamicity have disregarded this simple wisdom. It is here assumed (second assumption) that electromagnetic fields are carried by a dense sea of polaris-able and magnetic-able sub-photonic particles of extremely low mass called "seaons". (Because of Einstein's abstract way of deriving Special Relativity; many physicists think that physical theory does not allow the existence of a carrier medium and a preferred frame of reference. This is, of course, not true. The microwave background radiation shows that a preferred reference frame does exist, and, as every electro-dynamicity knows, in an electromagnetic world there is no fundamental difference between an ideal dielectric medium with its distinct frame of reference and the vacuum.)

This seaon sea fills the complete universe and is presently expanding from its initial state of infinite particle density at the time of the big bang. The gas-k inetic particle motion within the Sun on the one hand, and the dynamics of galaxy clusters and super-clusters on the other, yield a seaon mass of some 10 to the minus 33 neutron masses.

The quantum-mechanical interaction of the seaons with the electromagnetic field of a material particle of mass m1 results in a spherically symmetric increase of the local seaon particle number density and, as a consequence, in a spherically symmetric reduction of the local speed of light of the form c(r) / cinfinity = 1 - G m1 / (ccr). (Here c is the distance traveled by light in one unit of local time). Because of the gradient in c, a second material particle of mass m2 and electromagnetic energy m2cc placed in the c-field of the first particle experiences the well-known electromagnetic gradient force F = (m2cc) grad c / c = G m1 m2 / rr.

The new gravitational theory is called Seaon Theory (ST).

Because it is based on quantum mechanics and not on geometry , ST displays a number of post-Einstein-effects that are not covered by GR.
