“There is a uniform support for your out of the box thinking about conventional models and mathematical approaches”
Thus says a September 2005 letter from the National Science Foundation to Tom Bearden, now posted to his website at http://www.cheniere.org/references/
And in yet another generous and humanitarian gesture, Tom Bearden and colleague Ken Moore have placed in the Public Domain their recent Provisional Patent Application for Increasing the COP of EM Power Systems by extracting and using excess EM energy from the Heaviside Energy Flow Component.

Two other new Technical Papers are also listed in this section:
Engineering the Active Vacuum: On the Asymmetrical Aharonov-Bohm Effect and Magnetic Vector Potential A vs. Magnetic Field B.
and a 30 page discourse entitled: EM Energy from the Vacuum: System Efficiency and COP of Symmetric and Assymetric Maxwellian Systems.
All three of these papers can be seen at http://www.cheniere.org/techpapers/index.html
And back in the Reference Section, an interesting outside paper by scientists at the Physics Department of North Carolina A & T State University on Asymmetrical Regauging has also been posted directly underneath the previously discussed NSF letter.
There are also two interesting new letters about the virtual state and ZPE posted at http://www.cheniere.org/correspondence/index.html
