The idea of "DEAN DRIVE" and similar devices has been rejected since 1960s. However, a recent scientific paper has appeared where dynamic analysis of a Dean drive is compared with an electromagnetic analog called "TESLA DRIVE". It is claimed that none of them can really work but the conclusion is quite interesting and leaves some "holes". The first page is reached at the link:
