"It is a casualty of ignoring the Aether that gives modern physicists no other explanation for energy coming from an atomic reaction than to invent a particle for it. But by recognizing the Aether, which shows up in several places mathematically, we can get a precise understanding of how we can tap the Aether for producing free energy.
And I know this can be done. The Federal government already invented a free energy device a long time ago, tested it, and verified that it works. It's called a Breeder Reactor. The Breeder Reactor gets its name because while its producing energy, it's also producing more fuel so that it can be used again, and again, and again, without ever being depleted.
My physics indicates that a Breeder Reactor is taking advantage of the free energy that comes from placing a load on the Aether through atomic reactions...."
