PUBLIC NOTICES: Genesis World Energy has never offered or sold equity to the public or to private parties and does not intend to do so. It is GWE's strict policy not to collect license fees until all successful license applicants within each licensing class have been awarded licenses.

The Genesis Team is currently the sole owner of all versions of the Genesis Technology, and the team has no intention of selling all or part of the technologies to unrelated third parties.

To date, the Genesis Team has created 6 significant technologies. The Genesis Team has granted exclusive rights by license to GWE for 5 of the 6 technologies. In addition, GWE has acquired exclusive licensing rights for the 6th technology from the company originally granted the license by the Genesis Team.
