Xogen Shareholder Update

After much down time of their website, Xogen has released some new information regarding use of their process for biowaste treatment. As indicated in the 'shareholder release' this evidently is a springboard in funding for further uses of their patented water-splitting technology:

APD Partnership

In November of 2002 Xogen entered into a letter agreement with APD Environmental Inc. to jointly research and develop the Xogen base technology for use in the treatment of wastewater biosolids. Biosolids are a solid, semi-solid, or liquid residue generated during the treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works. Treatment of sewage causes it to separate into liquid effluent and biosolids. Biosolids can be used as a valuable fertilizer, rather than taking up space in a landfill or being dealt with in another disposal facility. At the same time Xogen filed a provisional patent in the US for use of the Xogen base technology in this application.
