Thanks for taking my telephone call today, I am introducing to you, Mr. Robert A. Patterson, this is my way of thanking him for his invaluable time and effort in advancing my current project with Space Energy Access Systems of Afton, VA (SEAS PROJECT #7) toward success.

I met Robert through an associate of mine, Gary Voss, of TAPTEN Research. I was having a problem with my Palindromic Entropic Gateway Coupler, (Homopolar, Hydrostatic, Currentless Energy Generator), & being at major roadblock in my research, I asked Gary if we could talk with Robert, and did so back in January of 2004.

I arrived here in Wapanacka, Oklahoma, two days ago. When Robert began to explain his Theory of Concept, I asked where he had received so much intricate detail regarding the true nature of Radiant Energy. He stated that He had discovered the formulae from ancient Dogu figurines. Upon my examination of these ancient symbols and along with his interpretation which is based on modern, quantum physics and advanced electronic mathematics & symbol, I was completely dumb-founded. This technology is based on the simplicity of the "Grand Mean" & the "Fibonacci Sequence".

Not only was this man able to helped me, in a matter of minutes, to solve my project problems, but had shown me an even higher technological approach to this readily available Radiant Energy in its most advanced & simplistic form.

My project "was" presented to me as the most advanced theory in Hyper-Technology that SEAS has access to at this present time. Robert has discovered the most valuable find of the previous & possibly the present Millennium. I assure you that I am not exaggerating.

Robert has successfully demonstrated to me, in person, that his reverse-engineered "Ancient-Alien, Off-world" technology surpasses that of mine, hands-down. Robert wishes to share his discovery with all those who would be interested in this amazing field of endeavor. I believe that this practical application must be given a large forum, so that those corporations, presently researching "Radiant Energy", can see that this riddle has been successfully solved... I think they too, will agree, that this is "THE" answer we have all searched for so long.

This is the "HOLY GRAIL" which was recorded & left for us, by an ancient off-world civilization, that we also may obtain near real-time access to other worlds & dimensions. Once we have access to this ancient technology, all will begin to understand why the design was so cleverly hidden, thus safeguarded in such an abstract manner. A 6,000 year old schematic, with proportional blueprints, that can be clearly seen and understood, due to this mans' 6 year study of common, everyday, modern Quantum Physics, & Electronic Linguistics? Mr. Patterson can you tell us how you first became interested in free energy, antigravity technology and second how your invention the RIW works?

Yes, I became interested in free energy technology around 1984 when I was working on a ducted-fan Hovercraft-VTOL of my own design, and simultaneously studying the martial arts known as Wing Chun Gung Fu, which sought to instruct its practitioners, to borrow energy from their opponents and to use it against them. I realized early on that the ducted-fan concept was a brute force push-energy technology, devised by a mind wholly lacking any insight into the equal and opposite implosion or pull-energy technology, hence I began to conjoin a marriage of concepts into a reverse engineering program, whereby I made a number of discoveries followed by a number of inventions with practical applications based on my engineering methodology.

The RIW is one of those inventions, the wing works by converting usual parasitic drag, (in the form of wing tip vortices) into a beneficial energy source i.e. drag is actually a vortex formation caused by two opposing forces converging and swirling into a suction-head vortex formation, sometimes referred to as eddy currents.

Unfortunately the geometric shape of our vehicle's is what causes this parasitic suction-head vortex to occur, which ultimately pulls backwards in an antagonistic manner against the incorrect geometric structure, or shape of our vehicles, and ultimately decreases our forward momentum. However in the case of an airplane vortices are generated when high pressure air from the underneath surface of a wing rotates over the wing tip converging with the lower pressure air, or as I call it vacuum energy, located on the upper surface of the wing.

Aerodynamic engineers of our time insist that parasitic drag is a price we must pay if we choose to fly, furthermore that drag is inductively activated by our forward travel through the atmosphere.

Inductively activated drag? The bells and whistles went off in my head because I realized that energy such as the fluid properties of air, water, and space could be manipulated via selective geometric shapes, hence logic infers, we selectively shape our craft in order to borrower from said inductive energies, thereby reversing parasitic drag in our favor as opposed to antagonistic drag. In this matter I increased my fuel mileage three times above the normal yield, thereby demonstrating the practicality of over-unity via vortex science.

The RIW is unique in that it utilize wing tip vortices in the form of a rotating motor i.e. the air is visualized as the rotor i.e. suction-head, and the wing is visualized as the stator. Hence a no moving part motor and a major building block toward free energy concepts.

At the risk of losing any credibility that I might have gained up to this point, I have always been interested in anti-gravitational technology, even as a young child, when at the age of fifteen, four companions and myself witnessed the controlled maneuvers of what I now know to be an alien craft. I hadn't started out to design an anti-gravitational technology, rather I had my sights set on developing a home-built ducted-fan Hovercraft-VTOL (vertical take off and landing) aircraft, and through the pursuit of knowledge I discovered the suppressed works of Victor Schauberger "Implosion vs. Explosion" whereby I learned the fundamentals concerning vortex science.

Coming to grips with the fact that mankind has invented himself up the proverbial flag poll i.e. we incorrectly devised and based each and every one of our energy concepts and devices on the wrong spectrum of energy. That energy spectrum being brute force push, and no matter how you spell it, brute force is only 50 percent of the energy equation, conversely the other 50 percent of energy lie hidden and utilized in the form of passive force.

Circa-1996 I happened across an ancient Dogu statue while reading "The Antigravity Handbook" by D. H. Childress, and on p. 133. I discovered logistic-shape-linguistics embossed on the ancient Dogu statues that had been unearthed in Japan, and as odd as this might seem I discovered the same type of vortex mechanics' and radiant energy electronic circuitry that I had sought to develop from my own research endeavors, encoded into the ancient statues unearthed all over the world, i.e. a Cavity-QED atom-coupled optically pumped waveguide and anti-gravitational technology.

The deciphering of this Forbidden Archeological Discovery, thou beyond the scope of this article, is what lead to my ongoing research in quantum Electrogravitics. The basic idea here is to squeeze ions out of the ambient light spectrum,which in turn energizes a TC tank circuit that in turn energizes an electronic turbo charger i.e. a set of reverse wave cavities, which in turn charge up a set of TTBrown type plate capacitors.

I hope to have the QEG-circuit pictured below operational by the time I see you all at the Tesla convention!
