The Department of Energy `s Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy division plans to award $4.2 million in FY-02 for information dissemination, public outreach, training and related technical analysis. In a Federal Register notice, the DOE office says it expects to issue a solicitation for proposals [DE-PS01-02EE10846] in early April at: href=http://e-center.doe.gov>http://e-center.doe.gov.
