EPRI's Third Business Venture Forum is being held on July 24-25, 2002 at the Boston Back Bay Hilton in Boston, Massachusetts. The event is open to the public, consequently to you, who are reading this post and possible have something to offer to them, who maybe don't know about it...and they should.
EPRI's Third Annual Business Forum brings together leading Distributed Resource (DR) technology companies, the energy utility industry,
and investors for the exchange of information related to business and investment opportunities.
EPRI is seeking early-stage distributed resource
technology companies to participate in the Forum. It will be structured as a venture fair with 15-minute presentations from 12 leading DR companies.
Participants, including venture capitalists, will have the opportunity to interact with leading companies who are developing, financing, and
implementing DR solutions by attending small group discussions. These sessions are designed to encourage in-depth discussions regarding possible
partnering relationships and/or investment opportunities. In addition, related industry experts will provide their insight into the future of distributed resources.
This year's Forum will again be co-sponsored by energy companies and leading venture capital firms investing in alternative energy sector including distributed resource technologies. EPRI and the co-sponsors will screen applications from presenters, and select the 12 who will present at the Forum. Registration End Date: 5-Jul-02.
