Abstract: Numerous patents have been granted for methods to extract useful zero-point energy (ZPE). However, these methods utilize the Casimir force, which is orders of magnitude too small to power an electrical grid. The method and apparatus described here uses counter-rotating mercury based plasmas pulsed with a high frequency, high voltage discharge to create a coherence with the zero-point field, allowing for unlimited extraction of ZPE, which may ultimately replace polluting fossil fuel derived energy. Mainstream physics models gravity as a curvature of space (general relativity), but there are profound problems with this model. An alternative model of gravity advanced by some physicists models gravity (and inertia) as an induced effect resulting from the interaction of ZPE with subatomic charge. By creating a coherence with the zero-point field, this method causes an interference with this interaction, allowing gravity and inertia to be engineered or nullified, representing a breakthrough in propulsion.

From the ECE Theory YouTube channel: Einstein Cartan Evans (ECE) Theory is the CORRECT Unified Field Theory. It is a result of using the right geometric model of space-time (Cartan Geometry). Einstein's Relativity is wrong, since it was based an incomplete mathematical model of space-time (Riemann Geometry).

Myron W. Evans has corrected Einstein's error, and has derived all physics equations from Cartan geometry, without resorting to arbitrary constants.

 

Einstein's General Relativity cannot explain many things. One glaring example is the spiral shape of galaxies. In contrast, ECE Theory explains the spiral shape very simply, and the prediction matches the observations.

However, there have been some interesting developments and refinements in our understanding of related phenomena. Here are a few notable areas of recent research:

1. Improved Casimir force measurements:
Researchers have continued to refine techniques for measuring the Casimir force with greater precision. This has allowed for better comparisons between theoretical predictions and experimental results, helping to validate aspects of quantum field theory.

2. Dynamic Casimir effect:
There have been some experimental observations of the dynamic Casimir effect, where photons are created from vacuum fluctuations due to rapidly moving boundaries. While this doesn't lead directly to energy extraction, it does provide evidence for the reality of vacuum fluctuations.

Returning from vacation, I was surprised by Frank Acland's latest post on his website, "E-Cat World" (Low Energy Nuclear Revolution). He, for some reason, felt it necessary to justify/clarify for his readers, why he continues (since 2011) his support for Andrea Rossi and his Energy Catalyzer (E-Cat), despite so much secrecy and so many disappointments (from Rossi, but not only). 

Well, this sounded very familiar to me! I have had to do it as well a few times since I started ZPEnergy.com, exactly a decade before the E-Cat World (in 2001!). At that time, there were no websites (except some online "discussion groups") dedicated to, somewhat "curated" News in the field of unconventional New-Energy research (the controversial Free-Energy [FE] or Over-Unity [O/U], mostly experimental research). ZPEnergy was/is not dedicated (mainly) to one technology (such as LENR) but reports on all technologies that, ultimately, manage somehow (by various clever means) to tap into that source of ubiquitous, permanent, nonzero (extremely dense) energy in the fabric of "space-time continuum", the energy of the Quantum Vacuum Field (or Vacuum Energy, a special case of the Zero-Point energy).

A new study documents record-breaking electron temperatures in a compact, sheared-flow-stabilized Z-pinch fusion device.

In the nine decades since humans first produced fusion reactions, only a few fusion technologies have demonstrated the ability to make a thermal fusion plasma with electron temperatures hotter than 10 million degrees Celsius, roughly the temperature of the core of the sun. Zap Energy’s unique approach, known as a sheared-flow-stabilized Z pinch, has now joined those rarefied ranks, far exceeding this plasma temperature milestone in a device that is a fraction of the scale of other fusion systems.
