Hi
If you are getting this it's either because you have contributed to the book, or are cited, or have expressed interest in its content.

For a few days only you can download the final copy of the book and its front and back covers at:

http://qedcorp.com/APS/cover.jpg

http://qedcorp.com/APS/galley.pdf 14.4 megs

The book should be on Amazon and all the usual places by mid-October

This book is not a popular book although it has popular sections that can be understood by the general public. It has the math. It's really meant for physics students and for intelligence people.

....My critique of the Haisch ZPF theory agrees with Nobel Prize physicist Shelly Glashow's and with Coventry University's Ian Peterson's.

You can read it in a slightly uncorrected galley at [see above links].

A shorter tech version 2 megs is at:

http://qedcorp.com/APS/zpf2005.pdf

There is a Rev Mod Phys article on "quantum friction" that shows that the drag below is at best a small correction to the mass. The Higgs coherence mechanism explains the origin of inertia. The Haisch theory is to quote Shelly Glashow "not even wrong". It is a waste of USG taxpayer's money to support that line of inquiry IMHO. Any theory based only on the EM field is clearly incomplete at best.

Correct me if I'm mistaken.

This so-called "Super cosmo" seems to be a little bit cliche to me. The author quotes from all the big-names in physics and science fictions, making his own conclusion, and throws it at me without any scientific experiment for proof. That's my thoughts after 30 pages or so into this book.

The idea in ZPE somewhat makes sense to me. I had to admit that I'm only a little software engineer with only university level of physics and some crap like that to back up my understanding of all these; but I can't really see the author's line of reasoning that goes around in circle and selp-proofing his points.

For example, page 10 of the book states "the dark energy has negative pressure and dark matter has positive pressure.." is that derived from quantum physics or his imagination?

I was hoping to see some cleverly designed experiment that really shows what he is stating before arriving at the conclusion of the "warp-drive."

I have to admit that reading this book is really entertaining, but I am just not convinced beyond reasonable doubt that everything he said or most of what he said is true...

It's just me though.. Or does this book really meant to entertain?

I really need a second opinion from the clear-headed fellows here please...
