I've been getting a few emails lately asking me, Bill, aka Doctor Whodini, when are you going to get back into doing some FREE Energy work? At moment, all I can say is that its in the proverbial "pipeline". My focus the past couple of years has been in a related field I call Torsion Field Physics, aka Gravity/Antigravity work. I've been busy lately working on replicating JLN's Gyrostatic Precession experiment with great success and I'll be showing this latest work at the Tesla Tech Conference held in Albuquerque NM this year. In addition, however, I reworked part of my website, which details what I think is the key to FREE Energy:

The section is titled, "The Key to Harnessing FREE Energy from the Vacuum".

"The vacuum or aether is filled with random fluctuations of energy. Paul Dirac, a physicist from the first half of the 20th century referred to this vacuum or plenum as the "Sea of Negative Energy". A vacuum or plenum consisting of electron/positron pairs that exist below their respective ground state. The key method of harnessing this energy is to "create" a curvature or torque between two Newtonian inertial reference frames, then extract this energy freely given by the vacuum. If the curvature or torque between these two inertial frames is zero, the two frames are said to be equal, NO FREE Energy is available. However, if the curvature or torque is non-zero, or a difference exists between these two frames, energy is freely given or taken from the vacuum. The direction or sign of this curvature or torque determines if energy is freely given or taken. The diagram below shows how this process occurs:"

Now, the key idea here is that energy CAN be given or taken "freely" from the vacuum by providing a certain type of applied vacuum polarization we generally refer to as curvature or torque. I think of it as a "torque field", or gravity well. So, is there ANY evidence of this torque field occurring in nature and the correct answer is absolutely YES! The experiment is called the Pound Rebka experiment and was conducted at Harvard back in the '60s:

When photons are launched towards the Earth, energy is "freely" given to the photons due to the torque field of the Earth. Likewise, when photons are launched away from the Earth, energy is "freely" taken from the photons.
Therefore, the torque field plays a vital role, a key role, in the concept of FREE Energy.

So, getting back to my diagram above, which details a motor/generator set or MG set. FREE Energy given to or taken from the vacuum, a vacuum exchange of energy, if you will, is predicated on the creation and application of a "localized" torque field.

In short, we're effectively CREATING energy from nothing!
