From my perspective, it appears that the "control"
paradigm will never allow any device of this nature to be developed within the
USA. They apparently are allowing it to be discovered, developed and dispersed
worldwide, just not within the borders of the US.
(American Inventors please prove me wrong........by
bringing whatever 'overunity' device that you already have into the forefront,
and contact me personally).
To my knowledge, John Bedini has a similiar device,
and it is probably a prior art device, and thus may be a significant challenge
to the ORBO. In any event "Overunity" is NOW and established fact, which should
enable the flood gates to open, eliminating the need for the Climate (CO2)

It certainly is difficult to measure correctly the input and output energy.
These conservative forces don't mean anything, only energy/power measurements can be convincing.
There are two types of back EMF involved:
1) the counter 'back' electric voltage and current in the coil, when a permanent magnet passes the coil. This counter EMF voltage is induced by the magnet and relative movement. This is according to Faraday's law: a changing magnetic field causes a rotational electric field.
2) the counter electric voltage/current when the coil is switched on or off by the electric circuit. This is also explained by Faradays law.
When the motor is well tuned, then both types of back EMF cancel each other, such that there is hardly any voltage and current across/through the coil. In stead of switching off the coil, one should reverse the voltage over the coil for a short while, in order to cancel the + to - voltage peaks caused by the passing magnet. Thus, AC cycle (synchronous AC motor).
Switching off the coil abruptly means the coil current/voltage becomes a bit unbalanced (is not zero anymore, is not cancelled), because the switch-off back EMF spike is not the same as the back-EMF induced by the 'leaving' magnet. So a less than 100% efficient motor can be expected, because of coil currents that are proportional to the square root of heat losses.
I made a similar motor, but I don't think there is any 'magnetic potential regauging' here.
The only type of regauging that can lead to overunity, is that of voltage regauging (electric potential regauging).
