Energy as a Function of Time

Science
From the Research Laboratory for Vacuum Energy by Marcus A. Reid

A recent article published in the journal Nature, describes the successful experimental demonstration of a quantum piston engine. Our research takes this approach a step ahead, resulting in a technology that creates an electrical current from a quantum critical material. Unlike classical thermodynamic systems, the Reid Cell operates as a quantum open system enabling continuous power generation.

Intro: Our research explores an unconventional interpretation of quantum electrodynamics theory (QED) and its application to traditional electrical systems. A fundamental question we pose is: What roles do virtual particles and broken symmetries play in conventional circuits and operational processes?

By adopting the virtual particle perspective, we may perceive traditional electrical systems as inherently quantum open systems from the outset. Consequently, this raises an intriguing question: Why do typical electrical systems exhibit behaviors akin to quantum closed systems? The answer lies in a self-symmetrizing (self-balancing) behavior, which is pervasive across all conventional energy conversion processes. This self-symmetrizing behavior underpins the conservation of observable energies involved. Building on this understanding, we have developed the concept of “asymmetric electrical systems.” These systems are not only quantum open systems by nature, but they also manifest behaviors characteristic of quantum open systems.

In my book, “Asymmetric-Electric-Systems,” I propose that the interaction between a virtual particle and an observable particle orchestrates the flow of time on the observable particle. This perspective facilitates the description of all forces and energies as functions of time, culminating in a purely time-based theory of electromagnetism. This theoretical framework enables, for example, the design of systems that asymmetrically (non-balanced) harness the potential within the quantum vacuum. Such systems continuously convert the flow of time into observable energy in a permanent and emission-free manner. Furthermore, I endeavor to redefine the concepts of “force,” “energy,” “time-dilation,” and “inertia” based on the phenomenon of time itself, thus providing a novel interpretative lens for understanding these fundamental aspects of physics.

At the very base of this approach is not “energy” in an observable sense, but “time” as a non-observable form of energy. So a force, energy and space are observable interpretations of time and time is the tool through which consciousness creates the observable reality.
