The International Energy Agency projected the value of the deregulated energy market at $220 billion. That is larger than the cellular and long-distance telecommunication markets combined. The World Energy Council projects that by 2020, the developing world will consume more energy than the industrialized world and it would require some $4 trillion to build the power infrastructure. In the developing world, some 2 billion people have yet to experience electricity!
Is it not ironic that brilliant people who can change the future of world electricity supply forever, are almost begging for money and attention now? Please read the note from Tom Bearden below and...at least pass it on.
In late 1999 Hal Fox, with his Journal of New Energy, did a most marvelous thing for the struggling scientists of the AIAS. He published in one special issue some 60 of these papers. He still has some of that issue of the journal available, and has cut the price down from $45 to $25 to try to close them out. He operates on a minimal budget and it would be most helpful to him. He has also published many of my papers, very graciously.
I'd also like to highly recommend the Journal of New Energy as a "must" journal for anyone interested in energy from the vacuum to subscribe to.
