" Special Product Release Program Within the United States
Genesis Scientific is currently releasing standardized versions of Edison, HICEF, iGas and aWater products to consumers and businesses in selected markets within the continental United States. These systems are part of a multi-year advanced production technologies testing and evaluation program. All product systems being delivered to consumers under this program are provided on a long-term rental basis at nominal cost. Strict conditions apply.
Genesis Scientific is giving qualified consumers that have registered through this website for advance notification of product availability, the first opportunity to participate in this program. Consumers that have already registered for advance notification of product availability do not need to re-register. Consumers that have not previously registered may do so by Clicking Here.
To qualify for this program, consumers must reside within approved selected markets; must have expressed interest in receiving information on a system that meets one of our standardized product configurations; and must agree to strictly comply with all terms and conditions imposed by Genesis Scientific.
Qualifying consumers will be notified by email that they are eligible to participate in the program. Delivery lead-time for these systems is subject to Genesis Scientific's production schedules for various products and configurations. All product maintenance and service is included in the nominal rental charge. Consumers that participate in this program must pay the cost of installation. The cost of of installation shall be "reasonable and competitive" to other similar services available in the marketplace.
This is a multi-year program. Eligible consumers may be notified of their eligibility to participate in this program at any time in the future.
Genesis Scientific plans to announce similar programs in other nations in the future. "

"Under this program, Genesis Scientific does not provide installation services or pay costs associated with it. Consumers that participate in this program will be responsible for making their own arrangements with local electricians, plumbers or competent vehicle aftermarket product installation companies for the installation of these products. No product-specific specialized expertise is required to complete installations. As a result, consumers may choose to use any competent and customary services that are available in their local communities. Consumers that elect to opt-out of this program within 12 months of system activation are eligible to have their installation costs reimbursed by Genesis Scientific (conditions apply). " |

Tell us how many of your "generators" have been sent to Katrina victims. Wouldn't that put the man on the street squarely behind Genesis's efforts? In the midst of an oil crisis, quagmire of Iraq and a middle eastern civil war eminant, not to mention WOMs potentially infiltrating our borders, how could an administration that is suffering the lowest approval ratings ever subvert Genesis's efferts in the slightest. The gig is up for Genesis. Either they start delivering the goods to disaster victoms (or anybody else) or they will be perceived as coldly inhumanly strategic sitting on inventory that they claim to have produced since august of 2 years ago....or simply a fraudulant deceptive con job dragged out to rediculousness.
What do I know I'm just a MAN ON THE STREET IN BOISE, who can't even find their huge factory that exists in this town somewheres....MOTSB

Clearing out my mailbox I was reminded of my correspondence with Nebraskacows, who also posted on my blog and here about the same time. Vlad or Rob might remember deleting his post. On the blog he posted about me that "youre not a banker your an badWordDeleted", as if those were supposed to be exclusive. I had to delete the comment for the bad word.
Now I think I know what triggered the outburst. That was two days after the arrest. Can you guys undelete his post here? I forget, did it have bad words or was it just mean? Could you just take the bad words out?

Bail set at $100G in investment scheme

Bail was set at $100,000 yesterday for a California man who is accused
of bilking investors out of $2.5 million in a scheme to turn water into
fuel.
John Yoka and Patrick Kelly, his partner in United Fuel Cell Technology
Inc., allegedly got about 500 people, mostly New Jersey residents, to
invest in their company between 2000 and 2004, said Deputy Attorney
General Patrick Flor.
A state grand jury indicted the pair in September on charges of
conspiracy, theft by failure to make required disposition of funds and
securities fraud, said Flor.
If convicted they could be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison.
Fuel cells convert hydrogen and oxygen into water and in the process
produce electricity. They have been touted as an upcoming replacement
for combustion engines.
Yoka turned himself in yesterday and came to court with his attorney, Eric Marcy of Woodbridge.
Marcy told Superior Court Judge Maria Sypek that before moving to
Livermore, Calif., four years ago, Yoka had been a life-long New Jersey
resident. His parents, siblings and their spouses came to court to
support him and are willing to put up their houses toward his bail,
Marcy said.
"My client has demonstrated he plans to face these charges," Marcy said. "He has extensive family ties in New Jersey."
Flor asked Sypek to set bail at $250,000 since Yoka lives out of state
and is a potential flight risk but Marcy argued for a lower bail. The
judge gave Yoka, also signed a waiver of extradition, until Dec. 14 to
post bail.
Meanwhile, Kelly is in the custody of U.S. Marshals in Idaho awaiting extradition to New Jersey, said Flor.

Ada sherif told me the flight to Idaho charge is from NJ. And the person in Idaho who alerted me to this is someone who knows I am interested in the guy from Kuna with the yellow Hummer.
If you call some of your old contacts, you might find they have a lot more detailed info than I do. For example, I don't really know what the dispute with NJ is about. It might not be Genesis, UFCT, Foundation Energy, and etc, but something else. |

The feds assured me there was no question that Kelly is O'Malley.No Federal charges are pending they are acting as a taxi service since they already had a plane hauling other prisoneres east they put Kelly on to save NJ the trip. The next post seems right on.
I also had a trashy response from the team that they didn't have any record of me as a pre approved licensee as NS took all the computer records when she left. A most prposterous claim as they had the hard drive with ALL the records there. I was mad as hell! I dashed off a surly response which pointed out that the letter was poorly composed indicating an apparent foreigner. The caption was "Who the hell are these guys" the so called Team. I nver sent the response but still have a copy recounting the actual facts in an appropriate factual time frame. Fortunately I found the VIBE Machine through Dr Thomas Valone PHD, did my due diligence and bought one and am now a practitioner. for more on this go onto any web browser and input V.I.B.E. Machine and Gene Koonce the inventor in Greeley Co. 31 months ago.Now there are 97 machines in Co. and 45 states and 13 foreign countries and a patent for the VIBE was issued on the 23 of Aug. 2005 and many FDA clinical tests are under way. The Pickle was absolutley right it appears. I am told I will get a visit before Christmas with more info. I will believe it when it happens. Untile more positive hands on proof I confess I was duped or at least badly mislead and wasted 35 months of my life. The VIBE however was worth waiting for. Baldy |
