Overtone writes: Who Kills Planet Earth? Tune: Who Killed Davey Moore by Bob Dylan (http://www.smithsonianglobalsound.org/listen2.aspx?type=preview&trackid=8434)
Who Kills Planet Earth? Why an’ what’s the blindness worth?
“Not I,” says the oil guy “Don’t point your finger at me. I could save it if I cared An’ maybe kept it from this fate, But money’s rollin’ in like mad And endin’ that would be so sad. Too bad the planet has to go, But profit must be first, you know. It isn’t me that kills us all, No, you can’t blame me at all.
Who Kills Planet Earth? Why an’ what’s the blindness worth?
“Not us,” says the lazy crowd, Whose screams will fill the air so loud It’s too bad children have to die ‘Cause the White House stoops to lie. We didn’t mean for life to end Our selfish ways just would not bend. Great ignorance pervades the land, Where media promotes the bland, It can’t be us that ends it all, No, you can’t blame us at all.
Who Kills Planet Earth? Why an’ what’s the blindness worth?
“Not me,” says the scientist, Who swings his dogma like a fist. I knew that airplanes couldn’t fly, My textbooks illustrated why. Fusion must be hot as hell, Magnetic systems make us yell. It can’t be me that kills us all, No, you can’t blame me at all.
Who Kills Planet Earth? Why an’ what’s the blindness worth?

People need to be more aware of our problem. I guess, we are all a little to blame, but those who make the decisions share more of the responsibility for charting a new direction. Will this ever happen? Probably not until the world situation gets really bad. How long will this take? I do not know. |

It seems that may change before the year is over.

Things to look foward to next year(I hope):
1.)Potomac Energy Projects is getting close to having a prototype for their Sines Reluctance Generator.
2.)Powerchips should be on the market, atleast in a limited way(military, high-end users).
3.)Many solar companies will be releasing their technology onto the market such as nanosolar, XsunX, Konarka, etc.
4.)Replacement batteries to lithium including mPhase nanobattery, Firefly's advanced carbon grid technology.

They blame others and keep asking for more money to "save" the planet - yet they have no ideas of their own. Yes Mark - it is your fault and I wonder what excuses you tell your investors for having NO superconductors to sell after spending all their money.
Now that you have exhausted those investing in Superconductors - now you want to investigate ZPE production. You are not only not qualified as a ZPE Engineer, you are lousy poet as well. Your repeated failures to produce anything salable gives rise to a couple questions. What kind of car do drive, what kind of house do you live in, and how did you manage to spend over $3 Million dollars and come up with nothing but, a nice car and house?

Re:: Who Kills Planet Earth? (Score: 1) by Overtone on Monday, November 27, 2006 @ 21:27:37 UTC (User Info | Send a Message) http://www.magneticpowerinc.com | Ah, Chris,
Once again venom spurts from the
sad fact that you have not found a great deal of financial interest in your
technology. More’s the pity. As I have said before, even your work probably
deserves to be supported.
MPI began systematically
investigating ZPE inventions when the firm began in 1984, as a result
of a
paper that appeared in the refereed journal Physical Review B, by the
late Dr.
Robert Forward, then a physicist at Hughes Aircraft. The firm gave
modest support to Floyd
(Sparky) Sweet that year. Sparky
probably succeeded in tapping ZPE, but could not reproduce his results.
Apparently, he had purchased a surplus Barium
Ferrite magnet which resonated, in a circuit he designed. However, the
magnet he used was perhaps 1 in
100 that happened to have been manufactured with peculiar Barium
isotopes,
which he did not realize were the probable key to his work. I have
never claimed to be an engineer. Our firm has a far-flung team with
remarkable
engineering skills. My optimism suggests
MPI will have a few products manufactured under license before the end
of next
year. These are likely to include a desktop
Demonstration Device as well as a 1 kW Magnetic Power Module™.
Superconductors made of ceramic are
now produced by a few firms under subsidy.
When first discovered, in 1985 at IBM Zurich, the U.S.
and Japan each
had hundreds of scientists, with budgets estimated to total $250 million
annually in each country, in an attempt to commercialize these so called “high
temperature” superconductors. They still
need to be cryogenically cooled to the region of -300 degrees F, instead of
-425 degrees F, as is true of the older, so-called low temperature
superconductors. Our polymer Ultraconductors™, which
function at temperatures as high as 300 degrees F, have had $5.6 million in
financial support by our subsidiary, Room Temperature Superconductors Inc. $5 million was from investors and the balance
from four completed SBIR Contracts. Two
with the USAF, and two with what is now called the Missile Defense Agency. One of the Air Force Contracts was a highly
competitive Phase II Award. Ultraconductors
have been independently reproduced and tested for the USAF by another
firm. Another three years of work, at an
estimated $6 million/per year budget, is needed in order to develop wire, which
is by far the largest market for superconductors. That $18 million is now on the horizon, as is
all the major funding likely to be required for commercialization of our energy
conversion systems.
Oh and by the way, I drive a 13
year old Ford Taurus.

I was not being venomous about Marks business practices, but it seems like you know a little more of the truth than I. I don't see Mark as a bad guy, just one that promotes technology that is not mature for all he can get, hoping to create a breakthrough.
Mark was correct, in saying my technology should be funded - but I have refused to give it away for startup capital.
Mark on the other hand can promise to turn over anything he discovers to the stock holders, except nothing useful is ever discovered. Don't bring up the facts, because that makes Mark look like a crook.... or is nasty... or venomous.
Mark, the facts are that your track record for coming through for the stockholders speaks for itself, and as for me - I have stopped asking for funding from any of the good people on this list, and would not take any even if it was offered. The only offers I ever had were, show me everything first so we have proof your technology is real, and we will fund you,,, but for some strange reason my demands that it be put in writing were always denyed.
Good luck Mark - but I feel all the marks on this list already know your game.
