Why not just register the shares? (Score: 1)

You say that you aren't sure if GWE is legit or not, but you also talk about "we investors" as if you are one of them. Isn't that an uncomfortable position, uncertain if your investment is a scam or not?

There really is no legit reason for GWE/UFCT not to register its shares and to tell the same story to everyone about who owns it and who runs it. Frankly, it's not going to make the H2 last any longer or shorter, the basic premise any more wide or misguided, or the design more or less sensible. But it will let everyone know who is doing what. Once Kelly has to take credit on the record for why his machine which doesn't work and wont ever work is just one hurdle shy yet again, I'm hoping to see some more creative excuses. The "need to give everyone in the world an equal chance to be a value added reseller" stall is just a copy of Dennis Lee's "I need 1.6 million people to pay $10 each to register as witnesses before I prove it works". In the years ahead, you will see stalls for the patent laws to be changed around the world to allow for the protection of an old "invention", stalls over the trademarks for Genesis and Edison, courtroom drama, ... You might see some really entertaining excuses. But you are never going to see revenue, inventory or dividends.
