Kelly and I, neither one of us will be able to read it. Consider http://gr.yahoo.com/. Just a reminder, not everyone is what they say. Some people who say they are investors are insiders. None of you investors was ever a very good source of information for me. Tough as porcupines you guys are. The information I get now, I get from another source.

If all you have is a letter from Kelly saying what he's told you all along, that Shaw works for him while she says that she doesn't, you guys shouldn't be happy with that and you know it. Talk about it yourselves, in a language Kelly doesn't know, and work out what you think makes sense. And about the machine, if all you know is what you saw, you have to be aware that you aren't trained to observe chemical processes. You need to get a chemist or a chemical engineer in to test this system. If Kelly doesn't like it, there is only one explanation why not. Just call the chemistry department at Temple, Rutgers, or Princeton and you will find first rate help. I could try to find someone to volunteer time for you guys but there is no reason for you not to hire your help.

All the auditing steps I've suggested, looking at the electric bill, looking at the inventory for the supposedly operational production centers still make sense. Talk to each other and figure out how to make that happen.

Someday you will see that it's the folks with your money in their wallets who are out to get you, not me. But till then, good luck.
