I already gave instructions, just do a Google search for "genesis world energy" "august 19" and it's easy to find the quote I gave before. Or you can put the quote into Google, and it finds one hit, the one you want. This link ought to work as well. I shift reloaded, so the claim is still there on their site.
On August 19, 2003, GWE began the production of Edison Technology components, which will support the delivery of Edison Devices to consumers and businesses in 2004.
It was one of the anon posters who claimed to be an investors that had heard that the company went into production and then later read about it on the site. It would take to long to dig through the anon posts for the link.
You ask how the scam works. I explain that Genesis World Energy is an investment scam. The stock has already sold, in 2001-September through 2003-XX. The GWE website is updated to provide a serial drama to distract the investors who bought stock. This isn't a Dennis Lee donations type deal, these people bought stock. It's true that they brought in only a few million, and there is not too much risk that offsets. But free energy con man is a pretty safe profession. When is the last time one of those guys was arrested? Maybe Kelly figures that the fraud squad will come after him only after Dennis Lee and Joe Newman. Or maybe he thinks he has set someone else up to take the blame. Ask patrick@GS-NET.COM.
I agree it's hard to see licensees shelling out a lot of up front money. And it's hard to see GWE risking contact with anyone new (who might me taking evidence) for only a small amount of money. So it seems like there will not be new victims, only the current set. I can hope that it's only the current set.
