You said: "The problem with GWE demonstrating the Hammacher device for investors is that they were led to believe that it was a GWE device" This is a plain mis-statement of the truth. GWE did not demonstrate the Hammacher device, they demonstrated a proof-of-concept model that supposedly LOOKED LIKE the Hammacher device. This is clearly pointed out (again) by another poster to this thread who went back and re-read the article in question. On one hand, I can understand your eagerness to discuss your reported trail of bummed investors and state Attorneys General as evidence of a GWE scam. Let me offer another view. I've been hanging out in Vlad's virtual backyard here for about a year now, and I have watched you mis-report the facts in the same way I point out above many times...bending the truth to influence others to see your point of view. Given your surety of GWE's "scamability" is that really necessary? As I've said before, it really does nothing to help your case. You know, I would probably be eager to get into such a discussion of GWE scam/investor theories with someone who is open minded and willing to look at more than their own ideas and opinions...but you are not that person. From the beginning, you have adopted the philosophy of "Shoot first...then shoot again" towards GWE. That's OK by me, and it seems like you are having some success convincing others with your subtle bending of the truth. But it's just because of this well-documented "virtual vigalante" posture you have taken against GWE that I consider having a deeper discussion with you about GWE "issues" irrelevant. Why would I waste people's time and Vlad's bandwidth on such a hopeless cause? While I attempt to stay open to your point of view, the possibility of GWE being a scam, I have yet to see any evidence that you are open to anything but your own opinions. I am quite content to keep my mind open about this subject while quietly waiting for the eventual outcome. I will continue to read your posts and to honestly consider what you have to say, but I will not enter into a discussion with you nor will I give any creedence to your close-minded way of thinking. And if GWE is eventually proven to be a clever scam as you have so persistently claimed, I hope to learn about it from someone other than you. I'm finished with this thread.
