For a clue, just have a proper look at his SEASPOWER website (www.seaspower.com/ ) and see the list of his technical advisors, and his plans. This is NOT some mug's outfit; they are all experienced, knowledgeable people. Furthermore, Dr Greer is honest enough to announce if it falls over for any reason, AND he is NOT SEEKING YOUR MONEY. Be assured that the people he mixes with really ARE "in the know". By the way, I cannot understand why such critical comment gathers at this site - surely you are interested in ZPE to bother reading here? Have you followed Hal Puthof's work? Or Bernard Haisch and others? The Casimir effect? The ZPF is most certainly real. Dr Greer's claims are not "dubious" simply because they refer to apparent "free energy". His experience, contacts and character put him into a category most people have never encountered.
