NJ investigation (Score: 1)

The carboratorguide quote must be from Sterling. I haven't heard anything about what NJ is up to for a long time. One vague feeling I got about NJ is that they were more interested in i's dotted and t's crossed than in the big picture. As far as I could tell, NJ seemed to be on a trajectory similar to what TN was on with Tilley.

WEM has been revoked by Nevada, and Genesis licensing is no longer through WEM (for a while now), so there is less of a NJ connection than there used to be. Maybe NJ had something to do with that. There have actually been a lot of filings for Genesis, starting in late 2003. There was even a trademark filed for GWE Technologies. GWE Technologies, Foundation Energy, and the old United Fuel Cell Technologies in Delaware; Genesis Scientific and World Energy Management in NV; even a General Systems in ID. Everything is now in default or resigned or revoked. It seems to have all been abandoned. (Nevada and Idaho SOS have excellent sites where you can look this stuff up, as does the US patent and trademark office. Delaware has secrecy laws so you can rob anonymously.) There could be even more Delaware, but De doesn't say.

As for AEC, I have to say I find publicly traded scams much more satisfying. Ditto for Xogen and Hydrogenerate. Many more facts to sort through. And more colorful crooks. For example, Hydrogenerate's founder has just been sent from Thailand to San Diego to face a charge from a few years before that scam was started of molesting a 6 year old girl; he has a previous conviction for molesting a 12 year old in Ventura. That's a villain.
