If you read our mission statement (click on the screaming guy in the upper left corner of the main page) you’ll see that I was of the same opinion: a WORKING device is all that is needed (the theoretical explanation on how it works will certainly come soon after its “de facto” validation). Through the power of internet we’ll spread the news and put the right people in contact with each other such that a market ready generator - we can all buy it from Walmart - will be available in no time. Logic and simple. Who needs scientific validation, right?

Well, six years have passed by since I started ZPEnergy.com New-Energy News Portal with that specific goal in mind. I stopped counting how many claims for working O/U devices have been presented to the world through our main news page (and many other internet sites these days). Do you know of ONE such revolutionary device available on the market ANYWHERE in the world? OK then, maybe not on the “open market” but available by special order, with a few lucky owners willing to testify and prove they’re off the grid and, indeed, their house generator uses no fuel once started? Except for the Swiss Mathernitha community using Bowman’s Testatika machine I’m nor aware of anybody else. And what good came from the Mathernitha people who have never allowed any proper validation under the pretext that WE (the rest of the world outside their religious community) “are not ready for such a technology”?

Certainly, many (probably 99%) such O/U claims are simply measurement errors (more or less innocent). But there still remain quite a few credible inventors who claim their devices are highly O/U and can carry a significant load (with only a small initial energy/power input), by ingeniously tapping the extremely dense energy in the fabric of space (ZP/Vacuum/Space Energy). Are they all naïve, delusional or crooks? I still hope not. The most frequent reasons for not wanting to go through what Steorn is going now (scientific validation) are: suppression (secrecy order on the patent or MIB threats) and greed (their invention will be stolen and they’ll die poor … the heck with the rest of the world). Unfortunately those in the first category are essentially out of the game and we’ll probably never know what they had (i.e Trombly – Farnsworth). From the second group, nobody succeeded (and none have gone through a proper scientific validation ala Steorn …coincidence?). I’ll be willing to bet Steorn will succeed if they have something for real.

Would you buy a 10 KW Akoil unit because Mr. Frolov says so? (he must have one in his home since Akoil is in his neighborhood and he’s preparing to be their dealer). Would you cut the check after a few hours of “demo” in the Emirates (as they say you’ll have to)? What do you think/hope will happen?

Early in the year ZPEnergy and OSEN will announce a new initiative (The Fuel-less Energy Public Award – FEPA) designed in such a way to provide every inventor of such a revolutionary technology the chance to prove him(her)self, be officially recognized and widely publicized (to ensure protection) and greatly rewarded financially, without any “strings” attached to his invention. The people of the world who are ultimately to benefit from bringing this technology into the open will have the chance to show how much they want to encourage such an organization (FEPA’s only scope will be the proper disclosure of such energy technologies and will be open to everyone in possession of a working prototype, regardless how outrageous the claim is) and will have their money protected in case no such thing really exists.
