Transmutation of metal at low energy in confined plasma in water

It appears that someone else also took the trouble to have Plasma Transmutation materials analyzed by scientific methods. Tungsten transmuting into all kinds of elements in a Plasma. The gas produced would also have proven interesting - however it does not seem to have been tested.

I Believe them, because it is true. Similar detail is also shown in my own SEM w/EDS data. Plasma transmutation is real, and Dr. Paul Brown understood this as well as myself - which is why he was talking with me prior to his "accident."
