Tom Claytor sounds like he has stumbled across Cold Fusion and Tritium production from a Plasma in Deuterium with Platinum and Palladium electrodes.
Tom claims that runs of hundreds of hours can produce significant amounts of Tritium, whereas a one-second burst of my plasma device produces a significant amount of "some" radioactive gas that is detected by my Triton 111 Tritium monitor. Maybe I am doing cold fusion by a different method with a higher energy Plasma, as pointed out within my patent.
