Hi
If you are getting this it's either because you have contributed to the book, or are cited, or have expressed interest in its content.
For a few days only you can download the final copy of the book and its front and back covers at:
http://qedcorp.com/APS/cover.jpg
http://qedcorp.com/APS/galley.pdf 14.4 megs
The book should be on Amazon and all the usual places by mid-October
This book is not a popular book although it has popular sections that can be understood by the general public. It has the math. It's really meant for physics students and for intelligence people.
....My critique of the Haisch ZPF theory agrees with Nobel Prize physicist Shelly Glashow's and with Coventry University's Ian Peterson's.
You can read it in a slightly uncorrected galley at [see above links].
A shorter tech version 2 megs is at:

There is a Rev Mod Phys article on "quantum friction" that shows that the drag below is at best a small correction to the mass. The Higgs coherence mechanism explains the origin of inertia. The Haisch theory is to quote Shelly Glashow "not even wrong". It is a waste of USG taxpayer's money to support that line of inquiry IMHO. Any theory based only on the EM field is clearly incomplete at best.
